Nexon Group are looking for a talented and motivated B2B Telesales Executive to join our team in our family owned business. Nexon are a growing Company with a current sales team of 11 people in addition to administration, finance, and logistics personnel.

You will be working on the telephone and on social media within a friendly office environment working hand in hand with the Company’s Business Development Managers to drive new business and generate leads, making appointments with new prospects for the Company BDMs. You will be using the Company’s Salesforce CRM software.
You need to be able to utilise social media to both identify and nurture leads, utilising LinkedIn to engage with our target audiences by sharing content, helping to increase LinkedIn company followers, and improve overall engagement with our LinkedIn Company Pages.

You will be expected to prepare customer quotations as directed by the Company BDMs along with follow up to help bring new business over the line.

You will need to have previous proven telesales and social media experience with the energy and drive to create opportunities for the company’s BDMs. You will need excellent communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to sell using a consultative style. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and loyal team member, able to fit in to the Company family-owned business culture
